Your Order

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days of sale, to arrive within one week of ordering, but please allow up to a maximum of 28 days for delivery to UK destinations. Should you run into any problems at any point in your order, please email paul@mykarateworld.co.uk

Whilst we aim to ensure all items advertised are available and correctly priced, we reserve the right to cancel any orders at any time before dispatch, for any reasonable purpose, including but not limited to running out of stock, items incorrectly advertised, pricing mistakes, or legal restrictions on use or export.  E&OE. 

Returning an Unwanted Item

You may return any unopened item within 7 working days of receiving it, for a full refund, less any postage paid. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item.

You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred in returning the item to us.
We will only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error.
We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is faulty, or if the item was sent to you through our error.

Returning a Faulty or Damaged Item

You may return any item that was faulty or damaged when received for a full refund. We will refund your account once we have received and processed the item.

Returning a Duplicate or incorrect item

You may return any duplicate or incorrect item sent to you as a result of our error for a full refund. We will refund your account once we have received and processed the item. In these cases we will also refund the return postage.
